Pokhara: Wounded Cinereous vulture rescued from Pokhara. Conservationists Krishna Mani Baral and Hemanta Dhakal rescue wounded vulture. local people informed when wounded vulture was found. Pokhara 26 Rithepani goalpatan local youth Baburam chetri and Suvas Tamang was informed about vulture condition.

Rescue cinereous vulture took veterinary laboratory office pokhara and treatment the vulture. Veterinary office Dr Ganesh kc said vulture was wounded after electrocuted. It was already 3-4 days Dr kc said. Including vulture many birds die by electrocution.

The threat of electrocution occurs with vultures perch on poorly insulated medium-tension electricity pylons. Which make it easier for the bird to touch the cables and the pylon at the same time. Dr could not save wounded vulture. We are very sorry Cinereous vulture. Rest in Peace.
